Kid's Promise Total Eyewear Warranty
If your child loses or breaks their glasses, we've got you covered. Our Kid's Promise Warranty gives parents peace of mind.
The Promise:
- Kid's between 3-12 at the time of purchase are covered.
- 1 year coverage for loss or breakage from date of purchase are covered.
- 2 year unlimited coverage against manufacturer's defects.
- A $15.00 shipping and handling fee will be charged for replacement frames.
- If the frame and lenses are lost a 30% discount will be applied to the purchase of new lenses.
- If a replacement frame is not available in the color that you purchased, you will be provided with the same frame style in another color.
- If a replacement frame style is no longer available, you will be provided with a comparable frame in the same manufacturer line.
