Dante Pennipede, MD, is the staff ophthalmologist at Eye Associates, specializing in comprehensive eye care, including cataract surgery, external eye disease, and the management of glaucoma.


​​​​​​​Dr. Pennipede earned his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University before completing his medical training at the University of Kansas School of Medicine, where he received the Outstanding Medical Student Award from the Department of Ophthalmology. He went on to complete his ophthalmology residency at the University of Kansas, where he was recognized as the Rising Star Resident during his third year and Alan Riley Resident of the Year during his fourth year of residency. Dr. Pennipede served as Chief Resident during his final year of residency.

Outside of his practice, Dr. Pennipede enjoys spending time with his wife and son, traveling, and playing golf.
